Yes, if you have a smartphone with Bluetooth capability. The Parkiteer Passport app is available in the Apple and Android app stores.
Yes. There is no cost to register for Parkiteer.
No. During registration you must choose one type of access. If you need to change your access type please contact us.
Yes. Parkiteer are secure facilities, with restricted access for registered members only. All members must verify their identity to register. CCTV in and around Parkiteer facilities provides additional security.
No. Parkiteer facilities are for bicycles only. We reserve the right to remove any scooters or motorbikes from facilities without notice.
No. For security we only allow access to the Parkiteer you are registered for. If you require access to an additional location, please contact us.
No. Parkiteer facilities cannot be used as a ‘home’ for your bike. Overnight parking is allowed to accommodate commuters working night shifts.
No. Only registered members can use Parkiteer. We reserve the right to review access for members who allow unauthorised Parkiteer entry.

If your access card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately on 1300 546 526. Replacement cards are available to purchase for $15. Get a replacement card.
If you have changed your phone, your existing mobile credential will not be transferred over. Please contact us to receive a new credential.
When mobile app users have been inactive for 12 months their mobile credential will be deactivated. If you want to restart using Parkiteer, contact us to receive a new credential.
Yes. Members who registered before 15/03/2023, and would like to continue using Parkiteer may request a refund here.
- Rotate bicycle onto rear wheel. Applying the rear brake or pushing the saddle forward with your thigh will help this motion.
- Place front wheel on support prongs. Use your knee or thigh to support the saddle while you lift the bike.
- Lock the bike to the rail. Position the lock through the front wheel and frame.
- Remove any valuables. Don’t forget cycle computers, lights etc.
