As of the 15th of March 2023, Parkiteer no longer requires a $50 bond

Parkiteer is now a completely free program. If you signed up for Parkiteer prior to March 2023 and paid the initial $50 bond, you are eligible for a refund.

Please fill out this form and either email it to parkiteeraccounts@bicyclenetwork.com.au or send it in the mail along with your physical access card by July 31, 2025 to claim your refund.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3 months to be processed.

Members are welcome to register for mobile app access to their desired Parkiteer cage or keep and continue using the physical card.
